Visitation is Sunday, April 10,2011 from 5-8 pm; Prayers @ 7pm at New Life Wesleyan Church, LaPlata,Md
Burial will be Wednesday, April 13,2011 11 am at Cheltenham

Charlie had also been a volunteer member at Nanjemoy VFD, Bryans Road VFD&RS & Charles County MICU as well as retiring from PGFD.
